DTM TUNING is a trade distribution company with high end tuning product established in Athens Greece.
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, simply ‘click’ on any of the items that you wish to buy & put them into the Shopping Cart. After you have finished your selection, click on the ‘Order’ tab & you will be asked for a few details to enable us to process your order.
PRICES AND PAYMENT
We accept the majority of credit and debit cards over the phone or through our online ordering system.
We also accept payment via direct bank transfer or PayPal.
We do not charge surcharges for any payment method we accept.
Here in DTM TUNING we believe in clear, low prices.
All our prices include VAT and delivery charges within GREECE.
You can rest assured that with us: Export customers please note there may be additional shipping charges applied to your order.
If additional charges are to be applied, we will contact you before any payment is processed.
DELIVERY INFORMATION
At DTM TUNING we offer you our best prices but to do this all our website prices only include delivery to GREECE country.
We aim to dispatch all orders 1 day within GREECE and 3 days out of GREECE, working days.
If there is going to be a delay with dispatching your order we will contact you to advise you of this.
There may be occasions we are out of stock of a product you have ordered.
If this is the case we will notify you as soon as possible and refund any payments made for the product in question.
INCLUSIVE TAX
Tax Charges – For orders made within GREECE 24.00% VAT is already added. All other orders outside the EU are VAT free & you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero if you are in this category.
SECURITY
Credit Card Security – All credit card numbers are encrypted in our system when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption.
They are only decrypted after they reach our secure sales computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
PLEASE NOTE:
The DTM manufacturing products they apply within 12 months of warranty
The rest of the products they are coming with any individual brand warranty.
Please be aware that DTM TUNING will not be held responsible for any labour costs incurred for fitting of our products whether faulty or not.
Please note all items must be installed by a qualified mechanic at a registered garage.
Failure to do this will invalidate any warranty and returns policy.

Occasionally, an error may occur and goods may be either incorrectly priced or described in which case we will not be obliged to supply the goods at the incorrect price or in accordance with the incorrect description or at all.
We reserve the right to correct any errors in our website from time to time.
We will (at our discretion) either cancel your order and refund the price you have paid or use reasonable endeavours to contact you and ask you whether you wish to continue with the order at the correct price or correct description.
If we are unable to contact you or you do not wish to continue with the order at the correct price or correct description, we will cancel your order and refund the price you have paid.
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
Goods will only be released after full payment funds have been cleared or authorised.
Please note: If delivery of your order fails or you have purchased the incorrect item which has to be returned back to us we may charge a restocking fee of up to 15eu.
